You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using United States Postal Service and UPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for ground shipping.

The delivery time may vary depending on your specific location. While rare, inclement weather and other factors beyond the control of UPS, USPS or Esther’s European Imports may impact delivery times.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible to replacement or refund any orders that have been lost or stolen! Please use a safe home or work delivery address for your packages!
We do our best to ensure that you receive our products in excellent condition. If, for some reason you are dissatisfied with what you received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may address the problem. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product so that we may take whatever action is necessary to begin the replacement process. If your product is damaged upon receipt, you must contact the appropriate shipper within 5 days. Keep all cartons and wrappings! We may request detailed information regarding the type of damage and a photograph of the damaged item(s) for our records.

2. Return damaged merchandise, carton and wrapping with insurance number and our invoice to the post office you collected the package from.

If you place an order on our site we can add your email to our customer contact email list. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
